Joann Caruso

 

     Joann Caruso passed away on October 2 in Placerville, where she spent her last years. Everyone who knew her will remember her laugh, her sense of humor and her generosity.

RON PORTAL

Ron battled Parkinson's for many years and passed away on May 6. Several months before the planned reunion of May 2, he said he'd do his best to make it.  This damned virus caused our cancellation - and so there are many friends we will never get to see again.

Vic Rapazzini

VIC RAPAZZINI

Vic's son Adrian has called with sad news.  Vic had been hospitalized with the coronavirus and fought it for a month with ups and downs, but finally succumbed on May 4.

How ironic to think that our reunion had been planned for May 2, and Vic had already booked a flight from Las Vegas for himself and Adrian before we cancelled.  He had even volunteered to do another Elvis rendition for us, which we will never get to enjoy. We'll just have to use our imagination, and if it brings a smile to your face, that's just what he would have wanted.

Bill Stewart

Bill relocated to Alabama quite a few years ago and had been in poor health for some time. He passed away a month ago.
